From Hospital to Helping Busy Lives Shine

A Passion Ignited:

My journey in nutrition wasn’t sparked by a single moment, but rather a growing fascination. During my Master’s in Nutrition from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University (graduating in 2017), I delved into the power of food to heal and transform lives. This passion led me to Sahara Hospital, a bustling 300-bed multispecialty hospital in Lucknow, where I began my career as an intern.

Now, as a Senior Dietician, I manage a caseload of over 50 patients per week. This experience has shown me the challenges faced by busy professionals, families, and individuals with specific dietary needs, including pregnant women. My passion lies in helping these individuals navigate the complexities of healthy eating in our fast-paced world.
